Publishing a Product Page on Zotlo Store

Learn about publishing your product page

When you first start editing your product in the Zotlo dashboard, your page is created in Draft status. Once all content and definitions are complete, your product page needs to be submitted for review and approval before it will be visible on the Zotlo Store.

Once you have filled in all the information about your product, you need to submit your product page for review by clicking on the β€œSubmit for Review” button at the top of the page to start the publishing process. The following steps must be completed in order for your product to be successfully submitted for review:

  • Completion of the Zotlo partner agreement,

  • Filling in all fields completely for each language selected,

  • Uploading the product images in full and ensuring that the dimensions are in the specified range

  • Entering the download links, legal links and customer support center links of the product in full,

  • Finalizing the titles that will appear for the added sales packages for all languages,

  • Adding at least 1 question to the quiz,

  • Ensuring that the added quiz languages are the same as the languages added for the product page

If these conditions are met, your product will be successfully submitted for review and will be reviewed by the Zotlo editorial team.

If these conditions are not met, your product will not be submitted for review and an error message will be displayed on the screen.

Product Page Review Process

Once your product has successfully passed the review process, it becomes ready for sale and is published on the Zotlo Store. In the Zotlo Dashboard, the β€œDraft” status disappears on your product page and the β€œLive” status and the last updated date appear.
