Zotlo Additional Fees

These fees only apply when the related event occurs on your account — they do not affect your standard commission rate. This page is referenced from your Zotlo Merchant Agreement and reflects the fees currently in effect. Rates on this page may be updated from time to time; the version in effect at the time of a transaction applies to that transaction.

Chargeback Fee	Applies when a payment is disputed by the cardholder and a chargeback is received.	$20 / chargeback
Early Fraud Warning Fee	Applies based on your account's fraud rate for eligible transactions.	Up to 0.5% or under 100 transactions -> No fee 0.5% – 1% -> $5/ warning 1% - 5% -> $10/ warning Above 1,5% -> $20/ warning
Currency Conversion Fee	Applies when a payment is settled in a currency different from your payout currency.	No fee
Early Payout Fee	Applies when you withdraw your balance before the standard payout cycle (every 15 days).	No fee
