Activate Integration

To integrate Appsflyer with Zotlo, follow the steps below:

1. In your Zotlo panel, click on the Events menu on the left sidebar of your project.

2. From the list of integrations, select Appsflyer.

3. In the Appsflyer integration screen, you will see options for iOS and Android. Choose the operating system you want to use.

4. Enter the App ID and App Secret for the selected OS in the respective fields.

5. Define which events you want to send to Appsflyer and specify the corresponding event names. Zotlo will send data to Appsflyer using these event names whenever the events occur.

6. After filling in all fields, click the Activate button to save and enable the integration.

Required Data Set for Tracking User Journey with Appsflyer

To properly identify users and match events during the mobile-to-web redirection, certain parameters must be sent. The table below lists the essential parameters used and recommended by Appsflyer:

idfv	🆗 Recommended	❌ No	iOS vendor identifier, stable across apps from the same vendor.

Recommended Minimum Data Set for Event Sending

• For iOS:

  • appsflyer_id

  • idfa (if available)

  • idfv (supporting identifier)

• For Android:

  • appsflyer_id

  • gpsAdid
