Profile Settings
This page contains the name and email information of your account. Only the name can be changed.
Security Settings
On this page, you can change your password and carry out security actions.
Organization Settings
This page contains information about your organization. Only the name can be changed.
Merchant Agreement
To process live payments, you must review and accept the Zotlo Merchant Agreement and submit the required identity and business verification documents. This is a mandatory step to ensure global compliance and security.
In the Merchant Agreement section under your account settings, click “Complete Enrollment.” You’ll need to upload your identity and business verification documents as part of this step.
As the final step, carefully review the agreement and submit the form once you accept the terms.
After submission, your documents will enter an “In Review” status. The Zotlo onboarding team will verify your information and notify you once the review process is complete.
Payment Settings
This page allows you to set up your payout settings based on how you work with Zotlo. If you are using Zotlo’s payment infrastructure, you need to add your bank account information to receive payouts. If you are using alternative payment methods, you will instead need to add your credit card details.
Once your agreement is approved, follow the on-screen instructions to add and verify your bank account.
