Learn about Payment Options

The payment methods used on Zotlo are divided into two: Zotlo payment options and Alternative payment options. Zotlo payment methods include credit card and PayPal, while alternative payment methods currently include Stripe.

On the payment page in the feed, the credit card payment method is enabled by default. However, if you want to choose a different payment method, you can select the active methods by clicking on the payment settings in the side menu.

Zotlo payment methods and alternative payment methods cannot be enabled at the same time.

For payment methods that are not active, you must first complete the integration and activate them.
