Domain Configuration

Learn about the configuration of sales sites

One of the necessary steps to get your sales site live is domain configuration. For this process, you need to go to the settings page and click on the "Domain" tab.

The domain information on the page is the domain information you entered when creating your site. If you want, you can update this information and add URL slug in addition. The address of your sales site is created with the domain information you have entered and, if available, the slug.

If the site is live, you cannot update the domain.

In order to complete the domain configuration process, your site URL must be redirected to your Zotlo sales site and CNAME record must be added. After the redirection, whether the process is successful or not can be tracked from the Zotlo panel. If the domain redirection is successful, your site will be ready to go live.

Please disable the proxy feature when configuring DNS redirection. When proxy is enabled, DNS queries will not be able to access the http://zcname.zotlo.com record, which will prevent DNS verification. If the redirection is canceled or the proxy is re-enabled, your sales site will not function properly.
