Users and Access

Learn about users and access

With the "Users and Access" page on the Zotlo dashboard, you can;

• Invite teammates to your organization or only to specific projects,

• Define authorizations of different roles,

• Create a shared workspace.

You can also manage the authorizations of invited people and carry out updates or deletions.

There are 5 roles on Zotlo:

• Account Owner: Every newly created account in Zotlo has Account Owner authorization. This authorization is only given to the account owner.

• Account Admin: The most comprehensive role with the same authority as Account owner.

• Project Admin: Performs specified operations related to the projects for which they are authorized.

• Operator: Performs operational tasks of the projects they are authorized for.

• Reporter: Can access the financial reports of the projects for which they are authorized.
