If you are selling using Zotlo and need to activate your end users' purchases in your app, you can choose from different activation methods. This only applies to sales packages that are not pin code (E-Pin) based. Pin code-based purchases are activated with the purchased pin codes.
If the flow includes a subscription or a one-time payment package, the "Activation of non-e-pin purchases" section will appear on the Successful Payment page, offering three activation options. If only an e-pin package is included, the activation section will not be displayed, and the user will see a customized successful payment page for e-pin purchases.
This option allows your users to complete the activation in your app or website using the email address or phone number they provided during the purchase process. This way, users can enter their register details again in your app to activate the service or product that includes a subscription or one-time payment.
If you choose this option, the end user will see the standard successful payment page after completing the payment. Additionally, an automatic purchase confirmation email will be sent to the user, completing the purchase process.
With this option, users can activate a subscription or one-time payment service or product in your app using the activation code provided by Zotlo.To complete the activation, the user needs to enter the code into the relevant field in your app after the payment is made.
If you plan to use this feature, your app must have a field where the activation code can be entered. The Zotlo activation code in this option is the UUID (for example: 5abc3057-34f3-402b-88fc-2fe8cc87d0af) parameter sent to you via webhooks.
When you select this method, the "Edit Instructions" button will appear in the side menu. From here, you can add instructions in multiple languages explaining how users can complete the activation process. However, you must enter the instructions for all the languages you include in your flow; otherwise, your flow will not be submitted for review. The instructions can be up to 500 characters and must be written clearly and understandably.
When you use this option, users will see a customized successful payment page containing the activation code after completing the payment process. This page will include the personalized activation code and instructions in the user's language. The same information will also be automatically included in the payment confirmation email.
This option means that the activation code and purchase details will be sent to the user via email by you. After payment, the user will only see activation instructions on the screen. You must send the activation details to the user through your system.
When you select this option, the "Edit Instructions" button will appear in the side menu. Here, you can add activation instructions in different languages. However, you must provide complete instructions for all languages added to your flow; otherwise, it cannot be submitted for review. Instructions should be clear, concise, and no longer than 500 characters.
If only an e-pin package is offered, activation options will not be displayed, and the user will be directed to a customized payment success page for e-pin purchases. However, if an e-pin package is sold along with a subscription or one-time payment package, the "View page for e-pin purchases" option will be enabled. This allows you to view and customize the payment success page specifically for e-pin payments.
